Its just a game now, nothing more. You know that feeling you got when you actually nailed a solo on something like Michael Jacksons Bad after months of practicing it off and on? Well that entire sense of accomplishment is completely gone now with this game. Thats what kept bringing me back to play, that need to get it perfect and it was addicting. The addicting qualities are gone. Now its just there to play if Im bored. Im really bummed. There is no way of practicing anything. The jump from normal mode to advanced mode is so huge that you end up just playing everything in normal mode because its the only way to get through a song. Advanced mode enters in hand positions that are all over the place and they just fly by on the screen. I never even come close to getting them because theres no way of slowing it down to work on it. Way to much goes into the first person experience IMO. After you watch the video of coming on stage once, thats enough. I dont want to have to sit through 3 minutes of people handing me things or high giving me or whatever, I just want to play the game. Overall, pretty disappointed in the game.

Game center NEVER automatically connects when I start the game- its always a long and tedious process which I have to do manually and the game freezes so eventually I spend a lot of time just trying to connect and play my unlocked Live songs or GHTV. This needs to be fixed ASAP !!!!!! --------------- Finally were able to play songs on demand and earn tokens. This is a big advantage for this game seeing as the in-game setlist is pretty terrible except for a few picks but GHTV makes up for it with a strong catalog. As a long time GH fan there are still some issues that could be fixed and would make the game perfect: -add hyper-speed!!! -practice mode!!! Its so frustrating not to be able to nail those solos that I know I could with these 2 simple tools which have been around in EVERY music game until now. Until these are added I will never feel that this game has lived to its full potential. One more minor issue is the sometimes annoying or inappropriate music videos- I wish there was a way to use a black screen instead or anything else. As a longtime GH fan this game is by far not the best in the series, but I do enjoy it and it has a nice new touch plus worth the money with GHTV. The new guitar layout is pretty cool but i think the original layout is far better in every way in my opinion.

I have the 5th gen iPod touch, iOS 9.2.1, and the app says its iPod compatible. But sadly when you download it, it states its not compatible with this device. Im not fond of this false advertisement or bug.

Cant play unless on wifi and sometimes thats buggy

If you are making people pay $9.99 to unlock full version then you need to fix the errors. Its not connecting to Game Center it says Im always playing offline and it wont keep track of my scores.

I love playing GH, but I cant use GHTV on my iPhone. I have the newest iOS and a 6s+. Been going back and forth on Twitter with support. After unlocking all the songs I can now Im bored.

Its fun when it wants to work you need the Internet to play the campaign which makes no sense and itll just say cant connect to servers half the time you try to play

So I bought the full version of this game and the $9.99 is gone from my iTunes account. But, when I went back onto the app, the full version is still locked and its asking me if I want to pay $9.99 to unlock it again. Absolutely stupid.

I have been waiting for this game to download for a couple days, my phone is compatible with my device so idk why it wont let me download it if I have free space and wifi

This game would be the best game ever if it didnt crash all the time it also doesnt let you play song so you jut sit there and do nothing wasting your plays to look at the guitar hero loading screen while the song plays please fix this problem :)

Ditch the guitars and the game would be so much better. I wouldnt even give this a star but have to for a review

The best game ever! Needless to say. I really enjoy this game on IOS & XBOX ONE.

For days now Ive received the "Guitar Hero Live service is not available" error. No notice from Activision or anyone about how or when theyll fix the problem. Unacceptable.

Ive been looking for a fun game to play while I wait for objectives to complete on other games. Always been a fan of Guitar Hero and Rock Band mobile. This is disappointing though. Nothing on my game saves, it doesnt EVER connect to Game Center, and when it tries my game crashes. I cant believe I paid $10 for this load of crap. I shouldve just choked up the extra money and got the version for my XBOX One. Ugh, thanks for nothing Activision. Id ask for a refund, but Im sure you dont give those cause YOUR game is unstable. Dont donwload.

This used to be a great game but now it just keeps crashing while playing or trying to load.....

GHTV mode has never worked for me - always “unavailable” on Apple TV. Pretty shoddy for something I bought at retail. They should not have expanded to Apple TV if their developers were not really ready to do so.
