Never works

I was so excited to buy the guitar and app bundle.. I have only been able to play the game once. Sometimes it says that the guitar hero live whatever is down. Recently the app just crashes. guitar hero was one of my favorite games growing up. Now it has become too complicated. I JUST WANT TO PLAY THROUGH SONGS I dont care about watching that long video In between.
